Ingredients
1 lb premium ground lamb
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 head of butter or romaine lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.Sauté Aromatics
