Air Fryer Lamb Chops

Ingredients (serves 2–3)

  • 4 Palmer Farms lamb chops (about 1 lb total)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp dried rosemary (or fresh, finely chopped)

  • ½ tsp dried thyme

  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley or lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Prep the chops
Pat the lamb chops dry with a paper towel. Brush lightly with olive oil on both sides.

  2. Season generously
In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, rosemary, and thyme. Rub this mixture evenly over the chops.

  3. Preheat the air fryer
Set your air fryer to 400°F and let it heat for 3–5 minutes.

  4. Cook the lamb
Place lamb chops in the basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

    • Medium-rare: Air fry for 7–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.

    • Medium: 9–10 minutes total.

  5. Rest before serving
Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving to keep the juices locked in.

Serving Suggestions

  • Pair with roasted vegetables or a fresh arugula salad.

  • Drizzle with a squeeze of lemon for brightness.

  • These also make a fantastic appetizer when sliced and served with a yogurt-mint dipping sauce.
