Air Fryer Lamb Chops
Ingredients (serves 2–3)
4 Palmer Farms lamb chops (about 1 lb total)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp dried rosemary (or fresh, finely chopped)
½ tsp dried thyme
Optional garnish: fresh parsley or lemon wedges
Instructions
Prep the chops
Pat the lamb chops dry with a paper towel. Brush lightly with olive oil on both sides.Season generously
In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, rosemary, and thyme. Rub this mixture evenly over the chops.Preheat the air fryer
Set your air fryer to 400°F and let it heat for 3–5 minutes.Cook the lamb
Place lamb chops in the basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).Medium-rare: Air fry for 7–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Medium: 9–10 minutes total.
Rest before serving
Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving to keep the juices locked in.
Serving Suggestions
Pair with roasted vegetables or a fresh arugula salad.
Drizzle with a squeeze of lemon for brightness.
These also make a fantastic appetizer when sliced and served with a yogurt-mint dipping sauce.
